PreCash has developed a revolutionary, electronic system for selling refill minutes to your prepaid service plan users. The PreCash system accomplishes the refills entirely via computer, eliminating the need to produce, deploy and track traditional plastic cards. It is a faster, easier, more secure system than traditional card-based refills, and just as importantly it is more cost-effective for you, as a Service Provider.

The PreCash Prepaid Refill service can be configured in two ways. The most common prepaid refill program at this time is an ePIN system where a PIN is “bought” by a customer and activated on their phone.

PreCash also offers a real-time top-up option with no PINs and no preset refill amounts. In this option, which is the most flexible and consumer-friendly, minutes are automatically activated at time of purchase. It is all accomplished electronically by the retailer at the point of sale.
